All models receive a standard tire pressure monitoring system, while the passenger vans also add standard head curtain airbags. The interior has been completely restyled with revisions to the steering wheel, instrument panel, radio, cloth seats, and other various interior trim. Depending on model selection, engine choices on the Express include a 4.3L V6, 4.8L V8, 5.3L V8, a 6.0L V8, and a 6.6L diesel.
