Overview

Chevy's full-size van enters 2008 with a new interior, additional standard equipment, and a revised engine. The Express passenger van is available in 1500 RWD, 1500 AWD, 3500 Regular, and 3500 Extended. The Express cargo van is offered in 1500 RWD, 1500 AWD, 2500 and 3500, both Regular and Extended versions. All models receive a standard tire pressure monitoring system, while the passenger vans also add standard head curtain airbags. The interior has been completely restyled with revisions to the steering wheel, instrument panel, radio, cloth seats, and other various interior trim. Depending on model selection, engine choices on the Express include a 4.3L V6, 4.8L V8, 5.3L V8, a 6.0L V8, and a 6.6L diesel.
