Overview

The Chevrolet Equinox LTZ FWD last had a manufacturer update on 05/28/2008. The Chevrolet Equinox returns for 2008 with the addition of two new trims, the LTZ and Sport. So now the Equinox is available in a LS, LT, LTZ and Sport; in 2WD or AWD configurations. Standard amenities include all power conveniences, keyless remote entry, drivers information center, and OnStar communication system with hands-free telephone. The LTZ and Sport models add to the standard list; heated seats and remote control engine start. An optional package offering front fog lights, remote control engine start, XM radio feature, power drivers seat adjuster, and pearl chrome aluminum wheels is available on the LT model. Three new exterior paint colors have been added: Golden Teal Metallic, Navy Blue Metallic, and Black Granite Metallic. The Chevrolet Equinox LTZ FWD was introduced in 2005 and a redesign is expected in 2010.
