Overview

The Acura TL Type-S w/Navigation (Manual) last had a manufacturer update on 07/17/2008. The Acura TL returns with no major changes. All trims come powered by a 3.2L 258-hp V6 VTEC engine (Base TL and TL with Navigation) or a 3.5L 286-hp V6 VTEC engine (Type-S models). Standard amenities include Bluetooth wireless connectivity, drivers information center, keyless remote entry, moon roof, heated seats and mirrors, and memory settings for mirrors and seats. An R/V monitor, AcuraLink communication system, and voice activated navigation system also come as standard on all models except for the base TL. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, front head curtain airbags, and front side impact airbags. Two new exterior paint colors have been added: Polished Metal Metallic and Bold Beige Metallic. The Acura TL Type-S w/Navigation (Manual) was last redesigned in 2004 and the next major change is expected in 2009.
