Overview
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon last had a manufacturer update on 06/16/2008. The 2008 Jeep Wrangler is available in two bodystyles and three trims: two-door and Unlimited four-door bodystyles, and X, Sahara, and Rubicon trims. The Unlimited X and Unlimited Sahara are available in either 2WD or 4WD configurations, while all other trim and bodystyle combinations are only available in 4WD configuration. All models are powered by a 202 horsepower 3.8L V6 engine mated to either the standard six-speed manual transmission or the optional four-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment across the board includes an AM/FM stereo with a MP3-capable CD player, advanced multi-stage front airbags, electronic roll mitigation, and an easy folding soft top. Available options on the Wrangler include remote keyless entry, a navigation system, a six-disc CD changer, and satellite radio. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
