Overview
The Ford F150 Super Cab Styleside XLT 4WD Standard Bed last had a manufacturer update on 05/01/2008. Ford's full-size truck enters 2008 available in several bodystyles, trims, and drivetrain configurations: 2WD or 4WD configurations, Regular Cab, Super Cab, and SuperCrew Cab bodystyles, short, standard or long bed lengths, and five trim levels: XL, STX, XLT, FX4 (4WD models), and Lariat. For the first time, an XL SuperCrew model will be offered. The F150 has also has several engine choices, including a 4.2L V6, a 4.6L Triton V8, and a 5.4L Triton V8, which generates 300 hp and 365 lb-ft of torque. Revisions for this year include the addition of a Cargo Management System, an available rearview camera, and a new STX Wheels and Stripes Package. Two new exterior colors are also newly available, Stone Green and Mahogany (King Ranch only). The Ford F150 Super Cab Styleside XLT 4WD Standard Bed was last redesigned in 2004, with minor changes expected again in 2009.
