Overview
The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ 4WD last had a manufacturer update on 05/28/2008. After being redesigned last year, Chevrolet's full-size truck enters 2008 with only minor changes. The Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab is available in three trims: Work Truck, LT and LTZ trim in either 2WD or 4WD configurations. The Silverado is built on GM's newer full-size truck. All Work Truck and LT models are equipped with a standard 295 horsepower 4.8L V8 engine while the LTZ models come with a choice of either a standard 315 horsepower 5.3L flex fuel V8 or a 367 horsepower 6.0L high-output V8 engine. All engine choices are mated to an electronically controlled four-speed automatic transmission. The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ 4WD was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
