Overview

The Volvo V50 T5 FWD last had a manufacturer update on 04/01/2008. The 2008 Volvo V50 is available in two trims--2.4i, T5 and T5 AWD. New for this year, the 2.4 features an updated fascia, grille, spoiler, lower air intake and more prominent manufacturer logo branding. Other exterior enhancements include refreshed headlights and tail lamps, standard 16-inch "Cursa" wheels ("Ceryx on T5), color-keyed rear bumper, door sill and side moldings. In the interior, the vehicles feature reworked air vents, a repositioned clock (to the center information display), revamped center stack and increased storage space. Chameleon Blue replaces Brilliant Blue and Gekko Green is offered as a new color choice. Electric Silver has been discontinued. The Volvo V50 T5 FWD was last redesigned in 2005; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
