Overview

The Volvo S60 T5 last had a manufacturer update on 04/01/2008. The 2008 Volvo S60 line consists of three trim variations--2.5T, 2.5T AWD and T5. The S60 sees minor updates for this year including standard MP3/WMA CD functionality for the sound system. Other changes are limited to two new interior colors, Black Stone and Maple Red (replacing Passion Red). Lunar Gold and Black Sapphire are no longer available. The package and option offering has been revised for ordering simplicity. A new Advanced Package with such equipment as Premium Sound, 17-inch "Tucana" wheels, speed-sensitive steering and rear park assist is now available. Stand alone options include metallic paint, DVD-based navigation system and additional wheels on the T5. The Volvo S60 T5 was last redesigned in 2001 and the next major change is expected in 2011.
