Overview
The Cadillac XLR last had a manufacturer update on 05/02/2008. Cadillac's sports convertible returns for 2008 available in a base and performance V model. The XLR is powered by a 320-hp 4.6L V8 engine, while the XLR-V is equipped with a supercharged 4.4L V8 engine boasting 443 horsepower and 414 lb-ft of torque. Luxury amenities include dual-zone automatic air conditioning, a DVD-base voice-activated navigation system, heated leather seats, and premium sound system with Bose speakers and a six-disc CD changer. The optional Platinum Edition Package adds 15-inch polished aluminum wheels, olive ash wood interior trim, a chrome grills, and unique sill plates. Chrome aluminum wheels may also be selected optionally. The Cadillac XLR was introduced in 2004; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
