Overview

The Ford Fusion SEL V6 AWD last had a manufacturer update on 03/17/2008. Returning for 2008, the Ford Fusion comes available in five trims: S, SE, SE V6, SEL, and SEL V6. The Fusion is powered by either a 2.3L 160-hp engine or a 3.0L 221-hp V6 engine. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, front and rear head curtain airbags, and side-impact airbags.A new Sport Appearance Package offering color-keyed fog lamps, black chrome grille, spoiler, chrome exhaust tips, red seat inserts, and read stitching on seats is available on the SE FWD and SEL FWD models. Five new exterior paint choices are now available: Moss Green Clearcoat Metallic, Dark Ink Blue Clearcoat Metallic, Vapor Silver Clearcoat Metallic, Light Sage Clearcoat Metallic, and White Suede Clearcoat. The Ford Fusion SEL V6 AWD was introduced in 2006, and minor changes are expected in 2010.
