Overview
The Ford Taurus X Limited 4WD last had a manufacturer update on 03/17/2008. Ford introduces a large crossover to the market with the 2008 Taurus X. Stand-out features include three rows of seating, a 260-hp 3.5L V6 engine, a six-speed automatic transmission, and the Ford Sync communication system. Trims include LEL, Eddie Bauer, and Limited, all available in either 2WD or AWD configurations. Options on the Taurus X include a DVD-base voice-activated navigation system, a Sirius radio, a rear entertainment system, a power liftgate release, and rear parking sensors. The optional Interior Convenience Package adds automatic headlight control, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, and a premium stereo system with a six-disc CD changer. The Ford Taurus X Limited 4WD was introduced in 2005 and is scheduled to be retired in 2009.
