Overview

The Audi R8 (Auto) last had a manufacturer update on 12/14/2007. Audi unveils the new R8 sports car for 2008, available in manual or automatic transmission versions. This mid-engine coupe is powered by a 4.2L V8 engine that boasts 420 horsepower, 317 lb-ft of torque, a top speed of 178-mph, and a 0-60 time of 4.4 seconds. The R8 features a lightweight aluminum frame, 19-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control, heated power sport seats, a premium sound system, and Bluetooth phone prep. Audi also offers several luxury options, including a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, unique metallic/pearl exterior paint, an Enhanced Leather Package, a navigation plus system, and several exterior trim modifications.
