Overview
The Dodge Viper last had a manufacturer update on 06/16/2008. After a year hiatus, Dodge's sports car returns for 2008 with yet more power. The Viper, available in coupe and roadster convertible, now boasts an 8.4L V10 engine that pumps out 600 horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque. Dodge is also introducing five new colors to the Viper pallet, including Purple, Orange, and unusual shade called Snake Skin Green. Other revisions for this year include a new twin-disc clutch, more conventional sports wheels and tires, and a new-look hood with several more vents than the previous edition. Available options include a interior console bezels, a GPS navigation system, premium aluminum wheels, and several exterior stripe choices. The Dodge Viper saw minor changes in 2008; no information is currently available on upcoming changes..
