Overview

BMW finally brings a performance version of the 7-series to the US with the introduction of the Alpina B7. This sports sedan is powered by a 4.4L supercharged V8 that boasts 493 horsepower and 506 lb-ft of torque. The rear-wheel drive Alpina is fitted with a six speed automatic and has a 0-60 time of 4.8 seconds. This will be a limited production car by BMW, complete with a numbered plaque and only an estimated 200 being produced for 2007. Luxury amenities on the B7 include soft-close doors, Bluetooth wireless technology, a GPS navigation system, keyless go engine start, a lifetime subscription to Sirius radio, a six-CD changer premium stereo system, and heated leather active ventilated front seats.
