Overview

The Volvo XC90 V8 Sport last had a manufacturer update on 10/19/2006. The Volvo XC90 enters 2007 in three models: 3.2, V8, and V8 Sport. The 2.5T is being replaced by the 3.2. Standard features include a six-speed automatic Geartronic transmission, all power conveniences, dual-zone climate control, and tire pressure monitor. The optional Climate Package features heated seats rainsensor windshield wipers, and headlight washers. The Convenience Package can also be selected, offering rear park assist, power retractable and auto-dimming rearview mirrors, child door locks, and an air quality system. New features for 2007 include outside mirrors integrated with turn signals, new grille, bumpers, taillights, and color coordinated side moldings and door handles. A revision of the exterior color replaces Lunar Gold with Shadow Blue. The Volvo XC90 V8 Sport was introduced in 2003 and a redesign is expected in 2011.
