Overview

The Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG last had a manufacturer update on 07/06/2006. The 2007 E-Class returns this year with a restyled front grille, headlights, aerodynamic side mirrors, rear bumper, and tail lights. Replacing the E500 is the 5.5-liter, 382-hp, E550; replacing the E320 CDI is the 3.0L, 208-hp, E320 BLUETEC; and replacing the E55 AMG is the 6.3-liter, 507-hp, E63 AMG. Standard features include all power conveniences, TeleAid communication system, moonroof, and a AM/FM stereo with in-dash six-disc CD changer. A P1 Package is available on all models adding COMAND system, DVD-based navigation system, SIRIUS radio, heated front Seats, and hands-free telephone pre-wire. Four new interior colors have been added for 2007: Cashmere, Black, Beige Sahara, and Brown Cognac. The Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG was last redesigned in 2003 and the next major change is expected in 2010.
