Overview

The Honda Element EX 2WD (Auto) last had a manufacturer update on 01/03/2007. The Honda Element returns for 2007 with a new trim. The Element is now available in three trims: LX, EX, and SC in either 2WD or 4WD configuration. All models are equipped with a 166 hp 2.4L VTEC four cylinder engine mated to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission. The new SC trim adds a unique grille, copper interior trim, steering wheel with touch controls, and a new exterior color; Root Beer Metallic. Standard features include all power conveniences, keyless remote entry, tailgate release, and privacy glass. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, dual front, front head curtain, and front side impact airbags. Gray Galaxy has been added to the color palette as a new exterior color. The Honda Element EX 2WD (Auto) was introduced in 2003 and a redesign is expected in 2010.
