Overview

The Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG last had a manufacturer update on 07/27/2006. For 2007, the SLK-Class returns available in three trims: SLK280, 350, and AMG 55. All SLK models come standard with all power conveniences, TeleAid communication system, and a power retractable hard top. The SLK55 AMG adds a rear spoiler and steering wheel gear shift paddles as standard. Optional features include Hand-Free telephone, run flat tires, and navigation system. An AMG Sport Package is available on the SLK55 that includes aerodynamic body enhancements, steering wheel gear shift paddles, and AMG Sport suspension. Red Firemist, Graphite, and Chablis designo have been deleted from the color palette; the new added colors are Red Storm and White Arctic. The Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG was last redesigned in 2005, with minor changes expected again in 2009.
