Overview

The Audi S4 Avant (Auto) last had a manufacturer update on 04/06/2007. The S4, initially available in sedan and Avant wagon, enters 2007 with only minor revisions. The S4 cabriolet convertible is a brand new model for this year, featuring a new noise-reducing acoustic top and an innovative suspension system. All bodystyles feature a 340-hp 4.2L V8 engine and a choice between a six-speed Tiptronic automatic or six-speed manual transmission. Audi's luxury sport vehicle receives new 18-inch wheels, which will have an identical design to 20-inch wheels on the new S8. Other changes for this year include a standard sunroof, a new DTM Exterior Package (Sedan only), an increased list of interior color combinations, and glossy black painted brake calipers. The Audi S4 Avant (Auto) saw minor changes in 2005, and is expected to be redesigned in 2009.
