Overview
The Cadillac Escalade EXT last had a manufacturer update on 03/26/2007. The Cadillac Escalade EXT returns for 2007 as an all-new model. Available in a single trim, the EXT has been upgraded with a new chassis, powertrain, safety system, and interior. The exterior as well as the interior have been completely redesigned. The new powertrain consist of an all-aluminum 6.2L V8 engine with VVT mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with Drive Shift Control. The 6.2L V8 engine generates 403 hp and 417 lb-ft of torque. New standard features include remote starting, side-curtain air bags and a Bose 5.1 Surround audio system. Other standard features include an AWD drivetrain, all speed traction control, StabiliTrak vehicle stability enhancement system with new rollover mitigation technology, and rear park assist. The Cadillac Escalade EXT was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
