Overview

The Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ 4WD last had a manufacturer update on 03/26/2007. Chevy's SUV-pickup returns for 2007 with a more powerful engine and a restyled exterior. The Avalanche is available in three trim lines, LS, LT, and LTZ, and in either a 2WD or 4WD configuration. The 320-hp 5.3L V8 is available as either a dedicated gas engine or a flex fuel ethanol-gas blend engine, both of which are coupled with a four-speed automatic transmission. Premium options available on the half-ton Avalanche include an entertainment system, a DVD-based navigation system, a power glass moonroof, special metallic exterior paint colors, and a rear-view monitor. The Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ 4WD was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
