Overview

Lincoln adds the MKZ, an all-new mid-size near luxury sedan, to it 2007 line-up. Available in FWD or AWD configurations, the MKZ is powered by a 263-hp 3.5L V6 engine coupled with a smooth-shifting six-speed automatic transmission. Newly designed features include a waterfall grille and front fascia, 17-inch machined aluminum wheels, and a premium stereo system with satellite radio. Available luxury amenities include cooled front seats, a DVD-based navigation system, HID headlights, and a power glass moonroof. An optional Trim Package can also be selected, adding a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and Satin Nickel Aluminum trim on the doors and instrument panel. The Lincoln MKZ FWD was introduced in 2006, and minor changes are expected in 2010.
