Overview

The 2007 Mustang is offered in two bodystyles and five trims: Deluxe, Premium, GT Deluxe, GT Premium, and Shelby GT500 in either coupe or convertible bodystyles. The Deluxe and Premium models come with a 4.0L V6 engine while the GT Deluxe and GT Premium are equipped with a 300 horsepower 4.6L V8 engine. Both engines are paired with either a five-speed manual transmission or a five-speed automatic transmission. The Shelby GT500 is powered by a 475-horsepower supercharged 5.4L V8 mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The Shelby GT500 is also equipped with a race-tuned suspension system and four piston Brembo brakes. Standard features on all models include powered windows, door locks, CD player, and keyless entry.
