Overview
The Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 2WD last had a manufacturer update on 04/30/2007. The redesigned 2007 Ford Expedition is available in three trim levels: XLT, Limited, and Eddie Bauer, with either 2WD or 4WD configurations. The redesign includes exterior styling based on the F-Series trucks, new interior features, and added standard safety features. Ford has added AdvanceTrac with RSC (Roll Stability Control) and three-row Safety Canopy side curtain air bags as standard equipment on all models. All Expedition models are powered by a 5.4L Triton V-8 engine that generates 300 horsepower and 365 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a new six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift capability. Ford has also added an extended length version of the Expedition that will offer increased seating and cargo capacity. The Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 2WD was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
