Overview
The Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG last had a manufacturer update on 07/20/2006. The 2007 CLS-Class returns this year in two all-new V8 powered models: CLS550 and CLS63 AMG. Replacing the CLS500 is the 5.5-liter, 382-hp, CLS550 and replacing the CLS55 AMG is the 6.3-liter, 507-hp, CLS63 AMG. Standard features across the board include keyless remote entry, drivers information center, COMAND system, moonroof, and a seven-speed automatic transmission. Safety features include trunk-entrapment release, driver front airbags, and front passenger airbags, and traction control. A P2 Package is available on all models adding keyless go engine start, headlamp washers and BI-HID headlamps, telephone pre-wire with voice activation, DVD-based navigation system, SIRIUS radio feature, ventilated heated front seats, and power rear sun shade. The Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG was introduced in 2006; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
