Overview

For 2007, the RL is now available in three trims: RL, RL with Technology Package, and the RL with Technology Package plus CMBS and PAX run flat tires. The Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) reduces the speed of impact and retracts the driver and front passenger seatbelts in a collision. All trims are powered by a 3.5-liter 290-hp V6 engine, paired to a five-speed automatic transmission. Standard features on the RLs include Bluetooth wireless connectivity, drivers information center, moon roof, and heated mirrors and seats. The Technology Package includes the Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition and the AcuraLink with real time traffic. A new exterior color has been added, replacing Celestial Silver and Meteor Silver is Platinum Frost Metallic.
