Overview

The Toyota RAV4 V6 2WD last had a manufacturer update on 07/25/2007. The Toyota RAV4 returns for 2007 with some minor updates. It is available in three trims: Base, Sport, and Limited in either 2WD or 4WD configurations. Engine choices include a 166 horsepower 2.4L in-line four-cylinder engine and 3.5L V6 engine that produces 269 horsepower and 246 lb-ft of torque. The 2.4L engine is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission while the 3.5L V6 engine gets paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. All models receive driver and front passenger seat-mounted side airbags and two row side curtain airbags with roll-over sensor as standard equipment. The RAV4 is now offered with an optional JBL audio system that features MP3 capabilities, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, and steering wheel mounted controls. The Toyota RAV4 V6 2WD was last redesigned in 2006; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
