The Chrysler 300 returns for 2007 with a longer wheelbase version, which is six inches longer and has more interior space. All available trims include 300, 300 Touring RWD, 300 Touring AWD, 300C RWD, 300C AWD, and 300C SRT8. Chrysler's luxury sports sedan features several engine choices, including a base 2.7L V6, a 250-hp 3.5L V6 or a 5.7L V8 HEMI engine, which boasts 340 horsepower. Standard equipment across the board includes traction control, power convenience features, and keyless entry remote system. Higher trims add amenities such as an electronic stability control system, leather seats, and chrome aluminum wheels. Available options on the 300 include a power moonroof, a navigation system, the UConnect communication system, interior wood trim, and a six-disc CD changer. The Chrysler 300 Touring AWD was introduced in 2005, and minor changes are expected in 2009.
