Overview
The Cadillac XLR last had a manufacturer update on 04/02/2007. Cadillac's luxury roadster revs into 2007 with only few changes and is again available in two models, XLR and XLR-V. The XLR is powered by a 320-hp 4.6L V8, while the XLR-V boasts a 443-hp 4.4L supercharged V8 engine. Revisions include two new option packages, the Platinum Edition and the Passion Red Limited Edition. The later includes a Passion Red exterior paint job, 18-inch chrome wheels, and a numbered sill plate. A new six-speed transmission, a redesigned key fob, and the improved OnStar one-year Directions and Connections Plan rounds out the list of changes for this year. Available options on the XLR include 18-inch 15-spoke polished aluminum wheels, Olive Ash wood and genuine aluminum trim, and light or dark Eucalyptus wood accents. The Cadillac XLR was introduced in 2004; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
