Overview
The Jeep Compass 2WD last had a manufacturer update on 07/13/2007. The newest addition to the Jeep lineup for 2007 is the Jeep Compass, available in 2WD and 4WD. The Compass features a seven-slot grille, all-new silhouette, and round and sculptured headlights. The Compass Base and Limited are powered by a 2.4-liter 172-horsepower engine paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Standard amenities include keyless remote entry, roof rails, and front & rear head and side curtain airbags. The Limited adds standard features such as deep-tinted windows, leather seats, and heated seats. A Security package and a Trailer Tow package are available as options. The Security package includes alarm system, cargo cover and daytime running lights; the Trailer Tow package includes engine oil cooler and trailer tow wiring harness. The Jeep Compass 2WD was introduced in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
