Overview

Saturn introduces a new midsize sedan to its lineup for 2007, the Aura. Last year's concept car, the Aura has now been brought into production in two trim levels, XE and XR. Two powertrains are being offered, a 224-hp 3.5L V6 engine coupled to a four-speed automatic transmission or a 252-hp 3.6L V6 engine matched to a six-speed automatic transmission. The Aura Green Line, which will feature a 2.4L Ecotec-based hybrid engine, will be released later in the model year. Amenities on the Saturn Aura include automatic climate control, a driver information system, a universal home remote, power convenience features, and a four-panel sliding roof. Options include power-adjustable pedals, leather seats, and heated front seats.
