Overview

The Ford Explorer Sport Trac returns for 2007 with a new rugged design. The Explorer Sport Trac is available in XLT and Limited models, with a 4.0-liter or 4.6-liter, V6 or V8 engine, and in 2WD and 4WD configurations. New for 2007 includes a cargo box with two tier storage ability, integrated storage bins with drain plugs, larger side mirrors, two-tone leather seating surfaces, console-mounted gear selector, and heated windshields. Standard features on all models include air conditioning, keyless remote entry, and engine immobilizer. A hard cargo cover, front and rear head curtain air bags, moonroof, bed extender, and an AM/FM stereo with in-dash six-disc CD changer and MP3 are all available as optional equipment. The Ford Explorer Sport Trac Limited 4.0L 4WD was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
