Overview
The Cadillac Escalade 2WD last had a manufacturer update on 04/02/2007. For 2007, the Cadillac Escalade has been completely redesigned. The Escalade remains available in 2WD or AWD configuration. It is powered by a new 6.2L all-aluminum V8 engine that produces 403 hp and 417 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a new six-speed automatic transmission with drive Shift Controls. Cadillac has also added a few new standard features including power liftgate, remote starting, side curtain airbags, and a Bose 5.1 surround sound audio system. Optional Packages available on the Escalade include the Climate Package and the Information Package. The Climate Package is equipped with heated and cooled seats and heated steering wheel while the Information Package includes vehicle navigation system, rearview camera, and IntelliBeam headlights. The Cadillac Escalade 2WD was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
