Overview

Toyota's full-size truck returns for 2006 with no major changes. The Tundra offers two engine choices, the 236-hp 4.0L V6 engine or the 4.7L i-Force V8, which produces 271 horsepower. Available in Regular, Access, and Double cab, the Tundra is equipped with one of three basic trim packages: base, SR5, and Limited. Several other options packages are also available, featuring a premium radio, cast aluminum wheels, a rear-seat DVD entertainment system, heated seats, a limited slip differential, and leather seats. Exterior styling can also be enhanced with options like running boards, privacy glass, chrome wheel arch moldings, and fog lamps. A list of regional accessories includes wheel locks, a first aid kit, a racing shift knob, and a subwoofer.
