Overview

The Infiniti G35 Coupe returns for 2006 with little change. It is available in two models - Base and 6MT. New for this year, the G35 Coupe receives updates to the Bi-Xenon headlights and LED tail lights. An Infiniti Rear Active Steer system is the only new option added for this model year. The Infinite Rear Active Steer system calculates the desired vehicle dynamics and changes the rear geometry by adjusting both rear suspension lower links. Updates to the Premium Package consist of adding Bluetooth hands-free phone system (G35 6MT model) and Intelligent Key (Base model). The standard engine for all models remains a 3.5L V6 engine, producing 280-hp on the Base model with five-speed automatic transmission and 298-hp on the 6MT model with six-speed manual transmission.
