Overview

The Crown Victoria returns for 2006 with only minor adjustments. It is again available in three sedan trims: Standard, LX, and LX Sport. Changes for this year include new 16-inch wheels on the LX, an in-glass antenna, a standard trip computer on LX and LX Sport models, and an optional perimeter alarm. Standard equipment includes a 239-hp 4.6L V8 engine, a four-speed automatic transmission, ABS brakes, and power convenience features. The LX trim adds keyless entry remote, a CD player, alloy wheels, and an overhead console. Upgrades offered by the LX Sport include automatic A/C, leather seats, exterior enhancements, and a full floor console. Available options include a six-disc CD changer, a power glass moonroof, and heated outside mirrors, traction control.
