Overview

Volkswagen unleashes its new generation Jetta for 2006, bigger, more powerful, and with a list of improved features. Boasting a new 150-hp 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine upon introduction, the Jetta will also offer Turbo and Turbo Diesel variants later on is the model year. New mechanical improvements include the addition of electronic stability control, electro-mechanical steering, and all-independent multi-link rear suspension. Longer and wider than its predecessor, this fifth generation sedan also features a revamped exterior appearance with a newly designed grille. Options include automatic climate control, wood interior trim, heated power seats, satellite radio, and leather seats.
