Overview

The GX 470 returns for 2006 with no major changes. The GX 470 features full-time 4WD with center differential and is powered by a 4.7L V-8 engine that produces 270 hp and 330 lb-ft. The GX 470 is also equipped with Downhill Assist Control, Adaptive Height Control, a self-leveling suspension, Traction Control (TRAC) and Vehicle Skid Control (VSC). The optional Sport Package contains a Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS), smoked front and rear light covers, 17-inch dark graphite alloy wheels, roof rack and Black Bird's Eye maple wood trim. The optional Lexus navigation system is integrated with Blue Tooth technology. Other options include a rear entertainment system, a third row seat, and a towing hitch.
