Overview

The Eclipse Coupe returns for 2006 again available in two trims, GS and the sporty GT. The GS is equipped with a 2.4L engine and is available with either a four-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmission. The GT boasts a 263-hp 3.8L V6 engine that can be coupled to either a five-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission. Standard equipment across the board includes premium alloy wheels, performance-tuned suspension, and CD player. Options include a premium audio system with six-disc CD changer, larger 18-inch alloy wheels, a power sunroof, and heated leather seats. Other accessories include a cargo net, fog lights, wheel locks, sport floor mats, and stainless steel exhaust finisher.
