Intellichoice Review
Cadillac's full-size SUV returns for 2005 with several interior and exterior revisions. Improvements include a redesigned instrument panel, new interior wood trim, a new round chrome exhaust tip, and a revised liftgate. Rip Tide Blue is also been offered as a new exterior paint choice. The Escalade is again available in either 2WD or AWD, and is equipped with either a 5.3L V-8 or the more powerful powerful 6.0L V-8 that produces 345 horsepower and 380 ft-lbs of torque. Other standard amenities on the SUV include front and rear auto climate control, the OnStar communication system, heated leather seats, and a Bose sound system. Several options can be added including a power glass moonroof, a rear entertainment system, a navigation system, and chrome aluminum wheels.
