Overview
For 2005, Nissan redesigns the Altima's interior, as well as adding an in-demand feature to the vehicles list of options. The mid-size sedans interior revisions include a new instrument panel, three-spoke steering wheel, and center console. Also, Nissan makes a DVD-based Navigation system available optionally. The SE-R returns for this year available in either a manual or automatic transmission. Standard equipment on this sporty model includes 18-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, performance suspension, and leather sport bucket seats. Other standard amenities include a power moonroof, auto climate control, a Bose sound system, and front fog lights. The Altima offers several options, such as a satellite radio, mudguards, traction control, and floor mats.
