Overview
For 2005, Honda's sporty Civic Si hatchback returns with no new changes. Last year, the exterior received a freshened look with redesigned tail lamps and headlights, while the interior trim was also updated. The Si comes equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels riding on sporty 205/55/16 tires. Under the hood, the Si features an i-VTEC 2.0L engine producing 160 horsepower and 132 lbs-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a standard five-speed manual transmission. Other basic standard equipment includes anti-lock brakes, remote keyless entry, power convenience features, and dual-stage front airbags. An AM/FM radio with CD player, a cargo net, sport suspension, and tachometer round up the list of standard amenities.
