Overview
Replacing the Discovery, Land Rover introduces the all-new LR3 to its SUV line-up for 2005. This seven-passenger vehicle is powered by either a 4.0L V6 or 300-hp 4.4L V8 engine coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission. Other standard mechanics includes an electronic air suspension, a full-time all-wheel drive system, and Terrain Response traction control. The LR3 also boasts many luxury amenities, including a DVD navigation system, fold-flat seats, adaptive headlights, and an almost completely open three-panel glass roof. Available options include a rear parking assist system, rear air conditioning, and special exterior paint. Several option packages are available including a Third Row Seating Package, a Towing Package, and a Cold Climate Package.
