Overview
For 2005, Chevrolet introduces a replacement for the Cavalier in the all-new Cobalt. Available in coupe and sedan bodystyles, this economy car is offered in several trim levels: Base, LS, LT, SS, and SS Supercharged. Standard equipment across the board includes an AM/FM stereo, a tilt-steering wheel, air conditioning, and a rear seat split-bench with trunk pass-through. The higher trims upgrade by adding features such as keyless remote entry, cruise control, ABS brakes, and power windows and mirrors. Available options on the Cobalt include heated leather seats, the OnStar system, XM Satellite Radio, a power sunroof, and a MP3 radio. Transmission choices include a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic.
