Overview
After making its debut in 2004, the 2005 Mercury Monterey returns with no major changes. Three trim lines are available: Convenience, Luxury and Premium models. All three models come equipped with the 201-hp 4.2L V6 engine paired to an automatic four-speed transmission with overdrive. Standard features available on the minivan include a tire air pressure monitor, a rear rain-sensing intermittent wiper, solid spoke aluminum wheels, and a six-way power driver's seat. An available option on the Monterey is the rear DVD entertainment system with wireless remote control and wireless headphones. Other options include side and head impact air bags and a Cargo Management System.
