Overview
The Crown Victoria enters 2005 with no major changes. It is again available in three trims: Base sedan, LX, and LX Sport. Standard equipment on all models includes a 239-hp 4.6L V8 engine, a four-speed automatic transmission, ABS brakes, and power convenience features. The LX trim adds keyless entry remote, a CD player, alloy wheels, and an overhead console. Upgrades offered by the LX Sport include automatic A/C, leather seats, exterior enhancements, and a full floor console. The LX Sport also sports the Handling Package, which includes rear air suspension, dual exhaust, and upgraded springs and shock absorbers. Available options include a six-disc CD changer, a power glass moonroof, heated outside mirrors, traction control, and a trunk storage unit.
