Overview
Carried over from the previous years, the Blazer is available in three models – 2WD and 4WD LS, and the Xtreme 2WD (geared more towards street driving). Standard features on the Blazer include four-wheel ABS brakes, air conditioning, a CD player, a 4.3L engine, and dual front airbags. Option packages on the Blazer 4WD include a Z85 Suspension or ZR2 (Wide Stance version featuring Bilstein shocks, rear axle track bar, wide-tread frame and on-off road P265 tires), heavy duty trailering equipment, Cold Climate group and 5000 lbs. gross vehicle weight rating. A 4850 GVWR is standard on the 4WD model.
