Overview
Subaru brings back the Legacy totally re-designed for 2005. It is available in sedan or wagon bodystyles in several different trims: 2.5i, 2.5i Limited, 2.5 GT, or 2.5 GT Limited. The Legacy has been slimmed down for this year, taking off 100 pounds of vehicle weight. Power has also been added with the availability of the modified WRX engine, the 2.5L Turbo engine producing 250 horsepower. The interior cabin has been significantly updated, now featuring red and white instrument gauges and a momo sport steering wheel (GT trims only). Safety has also been enhanced for 2005 with standard front and full side curtain airbags.
