Overview
The 2005 Caravan receives a face-lift. Available in two trims, the SE model features a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine, while the SXT gets a 3.3L V-6. The Caravan now features a Stow n' Go seating system. The second and third rows of seats can be easily stowed away in a compartment in the floor leaving more cargo area for larger items. Both models are equipped with a 4-speed automatic transmission. A power sliding door on the passenger side is also an option for the SXT model. Both models are available with a Popular Equipment Group, which includes power windows and locks and cruise control on the SE model, and power bucket seats, trip computer, garage door opener, and a luggage rack on the SXT model. A carryover Cargo Van model is also available.
