Overview
Honda's specialized SUV returns for 2004 with only minor changes. The Element brings the new LX trim to the line-up, which adds air-conditioning and a four-speaker stereo system with a CD player. The Element comes in a manual or automatic transmission, and in either a 2WD or 4WD configuration. Trims include DX, LX, EX, and EX with side impact airbags. The EX trim now features more standard equipment, including a keyless entry remote system and passenger-seat armrests. Standard equipment on all models includes waterproof front cloth seats, side cargo doors, a clamsheel tailgate, and power windows and door locks. Many dealer-installed options are available including a CD changer, a cargo net, and seat covers.
